Hello, I'm Mii. Despite suffering from Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disorder, I've tried various training methods. During university, my internship experience at a BASI Pilates yoga studio revealed the wonders of machine pilates, making me feel a fundamental change in my body. After resolving systemic issues like malaise and swelling and earning my qualifications, I ventured into learning other Pilates methods, Yamuna, Iyengar yoga, and the latest anatomical methods, now in my 10th year of instruction. With the right knowledge and skills, I support your daily life to be full of vitality and lived in your own way.

I believe there are two ways to heal the body. One is by changing through external stimuli, and the other is by learning the correct internal awareness and usage of the body. I focus on the internal approach, paying attention to the habits causing bodily pain and discomfort. For example, if there is shoulder pain, instead of addressing the pain directly, I aim for fundamental improvement by changing habitual body usage. Utilizing Pilates machines, fascial release tools, and yoga, among others, let's learn the correct posture and movements based on the latest anatomy studies.
Latest Anatomy Studies
Through counselling, we conduct a full-body skeletal distortion diagnosis and, based on this, create a program acknowledging minute left-right differences, checking distortions in the entire spine, pelvis (hip bones, sacrum), hip joints, shin bones, feet, ribs, etc.
Using PILATES Machines
We use more than 20 types of tools, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Spine Corrector, Foam Roller, and more.
Yoga
We offer lessons tailored to your goals, including standing poses, inversions, bridges, meditation, and more.

Gratefully, I have seen many people of all ages, with various backgrounds and symptoms, improve their bodies and change their lives. I love witnessing clients' physical improvements and lifestyle changes. No two bodies are the same. By imparting the latest in anatomical knowledge and various techniques, wouldn’t you like to acquire skills to maintain your body that will serve you for life?
