Deciphering the 'Current Location' of the Body (Initial/Assessment)

First, we precisely grasp the 'now' of your body. Skeletal structure, muscle balance, center of gravity, breathing, left-right differences, pelvis and foot misalignments. We visualize how the whole body is harmonized (or disharmonized) and listen deeply to the person's wishes.

The Best Solution for You from 700 Options (2nd-3rd Sessions)

Based on the counseling results, we will focus on practicing parts where awareness has not reached or parts that are weakened. From over 700 exercises combining therapeutic tools and more than 40 types of Pilates machines, and fascia release, we will carefully select the best ones for you. Not too easy, not too difficult. We will identify the limit line where injury does not occur with a professional eye.

Completion of a Unique 'Personal Program' (4th Session)

Your dedicated program derived through sessions will be completed. In addition to practice at the studio, homework to continue aligning the body in daily life is also presented. This consistent effort will surely rewrite the map of the body.

Objective Progress Verification Every 10 Sessions (Progress Measurement)

Once every 10 sessions, we take photos again to objectively check progress. According to the changes in the body, the program is finely corrected in each lesson. We always make course corrections to see if we are heading toward the ideal at the shortest distance.

Hiromi Whole Body Work Practitioner

Now in Utrecht, Netherlands. My starting point was 'Hashimoto's disease,' an autoimmune disease that developed in my teens. After facing endless fatigue and pain and knocking on every door, the light I reached was BASI Pilates.

What I gained there was an unshakeable autonomy and freedom: 'I can align my own body myself.'

Since then, 13 years and 15,000 sessions. There is only one reason why I don't stop learning. Because I want to hand over that 'freedom' to someone who is worried about their body, just like I was. When unnatural stiffness is shed and original functions are harmonized, life starts to move surprisingly lightly.

How is this different from Osteopathy, Massage, or Acupuncture?

The decisive difference is between 'temporary relief' and 'permanent independence'. The more you rely on symptomatic therapies that depend on external forces, the more your own ability to support yourself diminishes, weakening the foundation. In fact, many people come here after years of treatment without resolution. Pilates was created by a frail man to strengthen his own body. It's not about dependence, but about strengthening from the core. That is the certain path to ending the cycle of pain.

I'm too tired and have no energy for exercise.

That is the very moment to 'Return to Life'. Joseph Pilates noted that as we mature, our shoulders round, eyes hollow, and vitality fades—a natural result of using the body unevenly in daily labor. Fatigue is not caused by activity itself, but by 'imbalance' and 'stagnation'. Contrology (Pilates) corrects posture, revitalizes the spirit, and elevates the soul. You will be surprised to find your body filled with lost vitality after a session.

I'm very stiff and have no exercise experience. Is that okay?

Stiffness is 'room for growth'. There is nothing to be ashamed of. I myself was stiff from childhood and touching the floor was a 'dream within a dream' until I met Pilates. In fact, people who are flexible often struggle with 'stability' (strengthening power), so initial flexibility is not the core issue. By continuing, everyone can regain the 'strength' and 'suppleness' they need. Stiff bodies often feel the dramatic release of structural alignment even more profoundly. Please leave it to me with peace of mind.

What is the decisive difference from group lessons?

The difference is adapting to 'an imaginary average' versus adapting to 'you'. Ideally, group lessons should be personalized, but reality often forces instruction toward the average, dilluting results. While effective for advanced practitioners who can self-correct, the key to changing your body is 'correct execution' and 'complete concentration'. Correcting 1mm misalignments one-on-one, tailored to your skeletal characteristics, is the most efficient strategy to reach a 'self-manageable body'.

How does this directly impact work performance?

Your brain becomes clear, and 'willpower' begins to function. Joseph Pilates wrote, 'Exercise stimulates stagnant blood flow and rapidly eliminates fatigue products accumulated by mental activity.' Correcting posture and breathing rushes fresh blood to the brain, clearing the fog. It's not just a mood change; it's physiological brain cleaning—essential maintenance for making the best business decisions.

I feel menopausal discomfort or pelvic floor weakness.

The pelvic floor is the 'keystone' of women's health. Modern lifestyles disrupt the natural rhythm of pelvic opening and closing, creating a permanent 'open' state, which is the root of many female-specific disorders. Pelvic misalignment physically restricts uterine space, raising concerns about risks to fetal posture and cranial development. We don't just tighten muscles. We return the skeleton to the correct position and move deep muscles with breath. This promotes blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, calms hormones and the autonomic nervous system, and provides a sure way to gently control age-related fluctuations.

Is my privacy protected?

Sessions are completely private and one-on-one. You will not feel the gaze of others during training. Although you may pass the previous or next client during changeovers, we maintain a calm environment where mutual silence is respected.

Can I use the studio before work?

We open from 7:00 AM. Many leaders use our sessions as their 'morning routine'.

Are sessions available in English?

Yes, we support Japanese, English, and Traditional Chinese.

Can I book weekend appointments?

Weekends are currently fully booked, so we are guiding new clients to the 'Waiting List'. Weekday slots are available.
